January 15th marks the start of the application period for photovoltaic subsidies which can cover up to 50% of your installation costs.
This grant has the following steps:
- Grant application, for individuals or companies. (Starting January 15)
- The list of applicants with approved grants and the amount awarded is published in the BOIB (Bolivian Institute of Statistics and Census). (You’ll have less than a month to find out if you’re among the lucky ones.)
- The deadline for executing the installation and completing the procedures to justify the subsidy is September 30.
- Receive grant income!
For self-consumption installations and off-grid installations
It’s essential to keep in mind that the grant is a limited amount and is issued in the order it’s received. Therefore, apply for it as soon as possible and correctly. If you make a mistake, you’ll be put at the end of the list, and therefore, it’s highly likely that you won’t get it.
