For individuals without activity: 

• 70% for transformation (maximum amount €15,000)
• 80% for technical documentation (maximum amount €5,000)
• 80% for the installation of solar panels (maximum amount €3,000)

For individuals and legal entities with activity: 

• 50% for transformation (maximum amount €12,000)
• 80% for technical documentation (maximum amount €5,000)
• 80% for the installation of solar panels (maximum amount €3,000)

Subsidizable elements: 

• Conversion of vessels to zero emissions (up to 12 m)
• Generation with solar panels or wind power
• Scraping the costs of the old boat
• Project management and creation costs
• VAT (if not offset)

Requirements: 

• Spanish flag in list 6th or 7th
• Project presentation and technical report (CO2 reduction calculation and waste management)

 

 

Subsidies for the decarbonization of vessels for companies

Infrastructure for companies that convert to zero emissions

Intensity of aid: 

• 50% of the investment (maximum amount €10,000)

Subsidizable elements:

• Equipment and infrastructure for companies that make the transformations

Requirements: 

• Have the necessary permissions and knowledge to make the transformations

 

Subsidy for passenger, freight, and fishing transport

Transformation of passenger transport vessels for tourist or recreational purposes and freight transport

Intensity of aid:

For small businesses: 65% of the investment.

For medium-sized companies: 55% of the investment

Maximum amount €500,000

Subsidizable elements: 

Conversion of vessels to zero emissions (up to 12 m)

Conversion of ships to zero emissions in port waters (more than 12 m)

Onboard generation with solar panels or wind power

Requirements: 

For vessels operating in the Balearic Islands under the Spanish flag
